You have got an Einhell Power X-Change device for which the warranty period has been extended up to 3 years by means of our 2+1 warranty extension and which has been registered by you on our homepage? Now, this device is showing a damage within the warranty period? With the service provided by us you can easily send in the device and we take care of your warranty claim.

How it works - your tasks

  1. Check if your Einhell product is still covered by warranty. To do this, log into your Einhell account to download the appropriate certificate for your Einhell device or Power X-Change battery under the warranty extension menu item. Alternatively, you can find the warranty certificate in the confirmation email we sent you in the course of the warranty extension. The certificate shows the maximum warranty period.
  2. Print out the warranty certificate and provide information about the case of damage. Finally, it is best to make a copy of the completed warranty certificate for your documents.
  3. Enclose the completed warranty certificate with the box and pack everything properly. Pay attention that you pack everything safely. Transport damage will be charged to the sender.
  4. Contact us and we take care of your problem!

Further processing - our performance

As soon as your delivery reaches us, a technical inspection will decide whether your device or battery will be repaired or replaced by an equivalent product. Our staff will process your service case as quickly as possible, so that you will soon be able to carry out projects again with your Einhell product.
