Collection and returns under warranty

Should it be necessary to claim for a faulty device under Warranty, please notify us on the Warranty Service icon. Einhell will arrange collection of your machine or if you would prefer you can use our return service both of which are available on line. For all valid claims this service is completely free to use and includes any costs relating to collection, redelivery, repair costs and replacement costs.

Damage from improper use, including accidental damage from stones, sand or dust, the use of force or other external influences and if used in a commercial setting are not covered under the terms of the warranty.

Return service for devices outside the guarantee period

Convenient repairs and maintenance

We offer our convenient repairs and return service also for devices, which are no longer in the guarantee period. Ensuing costs for pickup or shipment shall be invoiced to you along with the cost of repairs.
