Need a spare part or accessory?
Complete the online order form and our colleagues will contact you within one business day.
Please complete the form. After filling out your personal data, choose a receipt mode. If you know the art. number of the spare part, please enter the data. In case you do not know it, you must give the correct identifications of your device, which are the Art-Nr and I-Nr serial numbers from the device’s identification sticker. Art-Nr is a 7-digit number, I-Nr is a 5-digit sequence. (The model type is often not enough, as several variations of the same model have been produced)
After the order is sent, our colleague will send you a price quotation via email within one business day. You have to confirm the quotation to finalize the order. Please consider that a most of the spare parts are stored in Germany, so the delivery time is 5-8 business days once the order is finalized.
Please note that we do not replace any incompatible spare part due to incorrectly filled data.
